I realize that a lot of us don't want to be questioned about what we feel is a private issue but at the same time you have to think that if your inspection sticker was not visable wouldn't the officer have the right to ask to see it? If the helmet must pass government regulations I think the officers have the right to ask to see it. I have a bieffe B9 and it has the DOT and snell ratings right on the back of the helmet, maybe all helmets should have it there then they wouldn't have to ask to see it. I do understand your position on unfair searches though.
